McConnell. As a certified sports medicine trainer, my job is to
help injured athletes get back into action ASAP. I feel the best
way to do this is by training movements (expected or unexpected)
that are specific to the sport.
Jake Burton (Burton
Snowboards), and as a rider myself, is how I became involved
with snowboarding. Since snowboarding involves many multi-joint
movements that require a mixture of strength, balance, and flexibility,
the conditioning program should reflect the same. The focus of these
specific exercises is to prevent injuries and improve performance.
Make no mistake, the best way to become a better rider is to ride!
But to practice more, you want to be injury free!! This program
